Jones Day represented Bryan Garnier & Co Limited, Natixis, and Portzamparc (BNP Paribas Group), as joint lead managers and joint bookrunners, in connection with the up to €124 million initial public offering of Lhyfe on the regulated market of Euronext in Paris.

Lhyfe produces and supplies renewable green hydrogen for mobility and industry. Lhyfe intends to be a key player in the production of "green" hydrogen, through electrolysis using electricity from renewable energy sources.

The main purpose of the Company's initial public offering is to support its development and growth strategy.
