Jones Day advised DataBank as special tax counsel in connection with its conversion to a real estate investment trust (REIT) and a complex recapitalization of its capital structure to bring in new investors.

DataBank is a portfolio company of Digital Bridge Group, Inc., and is a leading provider of enterprise-class colocation, interconnection, and managed cloud services. DataBank owns and/or operates over 65 data center facilities and 20 interconnection hubs in almost 30 world-wide markets.
