Jones Day represented Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company, as lead lender, in connection with a $1.025 billion NAV loan facility provided to a leading global investment firm. The deal included multiple Luxembourg and Cayman Islands entities and assets governed by multiple jurisdictions. This facility provided a permanent solution to a bridge facility that was extended by MassMutual in December 2021.
