Jones Day represented a private Dutch investment company in connection with a US$170 million structured, secured financing transaction to refinance its existing indebtedness incurred in connection with an acquisition of a custom chemical manufacturer. Jones Day had also represented the Dutch company in connection with the original acquisition financing.
