Client(s) LondonMetric Property Plc

Jones Day represented LondonMetric Property Plc in connection with a £225 million unsecured revolving credit facility provided by a club of lenders. The credit facility consists of an initial term of three years with the possibility of two extensions of 12 months each. There is also an accordion of a maximum of a further £75 million.
