P&G signs exclusive agreement with Newsan

Client(s) Procter & Gamble Company, The

Jones Day advised The Procter & Gamble Company in the exclusive licensing and distribution agreement with Newsan S.A. for the commercialization in Argentina of P&G’s Gillette, Pantene, Head & Shoulders, Downy, Vick, and Cebión brands (among others), as well as for the manufacturing and commercialization of Pampers diapers and Always pads. The agreement also includes the acquisition by Newsan of 100% of P&G Argentina's equity, a manufacturing plant in Villa Mercedes, and the general offices of P&G located in the Province of Buenos Aires.
