Hanwha Techwin obtains dismissal of patent infringement claims related to camera imaging modules

Jones Day successfully defended Hanwha Techwin Co., Ltd. from patent infringement claims related to two patents on the design of imaging modules for optics and cameras. Plaintiff voluntarily dismissed its lawsuit early before Hanwha answered following early discussions about the lack of merit with its claims.
