Jones Day acted as lenders' legal counsel in connection with the financing of the acquisition of a minority interest of Pauwels Consulting by Andera Partners and the refinancing of the Pauwels Consulting group.

Pauwels Consulting is a Belgian consultancy firm with more than 1100 experts in engineering, life sciences, and IT. They staff, manage, and execute projects for leading organizations in Belgium, France, The Netherlands, and beyond.

Andera Partners is a major player in private company investments in France and internationally.
