Jones Day advised Spiro, a pioneer company deploying an innovative model of electric motorcycles and battery replacement and recharging network across the African continent, in the granting of an up-to FCFA 37.8 billion (c. €58 million) credit facility from Société Générale, with a 70% partial credit guarantee from GuarantCo, as part of Spiro's deployment of electric motorcycles, batteries, and swap stations in Benin and Togo.
