Experian successfully resolves multistate Attorney General investigation into breach of T-Mobile applicant data

Jones Day represented Experian in an investigation brought by 40 state Attorneys Generals into the alleged unauthorized disclosure of consumer information. The multistate investigation sought to recover damages for the consumers who allegedly had their information improperly disclosed. After years of negotiations, Experian reached a settlement with all states involved in the investigation.
