Origine Partners forms Origine PME I fund

Jones Day advised Origine Partners in connection with the formation of the fund "Origine PME I", a private equity fund focusing on French companies operating in all sectors, but which generally have a B2B activity. The Fund has held its first close at €70 million, reaching 70% of its initial target. Origine PME I is an SFDR article 8 fund, which promotes environmental, social and governance characteristics, in particular: a low-carbon economy, equality and gender parity, and sustainable growth for the companies in the portfolio.
