Jones Day represented Megainstalacines Solares, S.L., a company owned by a German renewable energy fund manager (Aream GmbH) in connection with a €9.9 million term loan facility for the financing of the construction, operation, and exploitation of a photovoltaic plant of 21.4 MWps located in Talayuela (Cáceres, Spain).
