Jones Day advised TotalEnergies SE in the formation of a joint venture to build France’s first chemical recycling plant with Plastic Energy (TotalEnergies 60%, Plastic Energy 40%) with a capacity of 15,000 tonnes per year at the TotalEnergies Grandpuits zero-crude platform in France.
