Jones Day advised Caisse Des Depots ET Consignations ("CDC") (Banque des Territoires) with the structure of a joint venture with Groupe ADP Group subsidiary, Hub One, to operate the concession for the WiFi communication and Internet of Things ("IoT") networks of the Grand Paris Express metro. The deployment phase of this digital coverage takes place over seven years (2023-2030) and will cover stations resulting from the extension of line 14, stations of the new lines 15, 16, 17, and 18, as well as trains running on these lines.

In addition to the WiFi internet connection, the project company will also offer several additional services such as professional WiFi offers, the marketing of advertising space on the login portal, a connection service for passengers from abroad, and an IoT that will facilitate the services of professionals.
