Beauparc reprices its €645 million term loan B arranged by Goldman Sachs

Client(s) Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund 6

Jones Day represented Beauparc and its sponsor Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund 6 on the repricing of Beauparc’s €645 million term loan B. The repricing was completed pursuant to the establishment of a new incremental facility B which refinanced the existing term loan B. Goldman Sachs acted as sole arranger and bookrunner.
