Jones Day counseled Pamplona Capital Partners in its €226 million (US$296 million) acquisition of the Ceramics Division of Johnson Matthey plc. The Ceramics Division, headquartered in Spain, is a global supplier of raw materials and intermediate products to the tile and sanitaryware industries. The business has core manufacturing facilities in Spain, Italy, UK, Brazil, USA, Malaysia, India, and China.
