On behalf of UPM-Kymmene and its subsidiary, Raflatac, Jones Day serves as global coordinating and trial counsel in connection with multiple federal and state cases brought as class actions and alleging price fixing and market allocation surrounding the sale of pressure-sensitive labelstock. The federal cases have been consolidated in the Middle District of Pennsylvania in Scranton.
