Jones Day represented Nokia Siemens Networks in their 6 year service agreement with Siemens IT Solutions. The transaction is a full-scale, global information technology outsourcing agreement covering user care, back office, client system, data center and local area network services. The transition and transformation of Nokia Siemens Networks information technology services is to be accomplished over a 15-month period. The agreement makes Nokia Siemens Networks one of Siemens IT Solutions largest customers in the world. Nokia Siemens Networks is one of the largest telecommunications infrastructure companies with operations in 150 countries and is headquartered in Espoo, Finland.
