HSBC Bank serves on TOUSA creditors' committee

Jones Day represented HSBC Bank USA, National Association in its capacity as indenture trustee with respect to certain series of senior subordinated notes issued by TOUSA, Inc. and certain of its affiliates. TOUSA, Inc. and its affiliates were debtors in chapter 11 cases in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida. HSBC Bank also served as a member of the official unsecured creditors' committee in TOUSA's chapter 11 cases. On August 6, 2013, TOUSA confirmed its Amended Joint Plan of Liquidation, which became effective by its terms on August 21, 2013.
