HRH Prince Jefri defends against litigation brought in United States and elsewhere by Brunei Investment Agency

Client(s) Prince Jefri Bolkiah

Jones Day has represented Prince Jefri Bolkiah in the U.S. in connection with litigation brought by Bandone Sdn Bhd, a corporation owned by the government of Brunei. Bandone brought two lawsuits against Prince Jefri in the U.S., in connection with the longstanding dispute between Prince Jefri and the government of Brunei. The U.S. cases were dismissed following resolution of some of the issues raised in the litigation.
