Jones Day advised Areva SA and Électricité de France in the sale of Cogema Mining, Inc. and Malapai Resources Company subsidiaries, each of which own certain uranium mining assets in Texas and Wyoming and were operated by the sellers as a contractual joint venture, to Uranium One Inc.
