Ayushi Aurora practices corporate law, with a focus on M&A and private equity. She advises clients on cross-border and domestic transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, investments, joint ventures, and corporate reorganizations.

Prior to rejoining Jones Day in London, Ayushi practiced in the Singapore offices of an international law firm and at Jones Day Singapore where she advised corporate houses, private equity funds, and sovereign funds on their private M&A transactions and venture capital investments across the infrastructure, insurance, real estate, retail, and technology sectors in the APAC (Asia-Pacific) region.
