Megan Anderson represents and counsels clients in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters and internal investigations.
Megan has experience representing financial institutions and corporate clients in breach of contract disputes, False Claims Act litigation, and issues arising from global M&A transactions. She has diverse litigation experience, including briefing and motions practice in state and federal courts, offensive and defensive discovery, and fact investigation.
Megan maintains an active pro bono practice, focusing on the Firm's constitutional policing efforts.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Megan completed a fellowship at Ascend Justice, a domestic violence legal aid organization.
