Drew Bjorklund represents clients in complex contract and insurance disputes in state and federal courts. He has been a member of teams advising a leading aluminum producer on responding to an indemnity demand and ensuring corresponding insurance coverage, defending a regional pharmaceutical management company in contractual and indemnification disputes, and successfully resolving civil litigation implicating constitutional rights for a prominent religious organization. Additionally, Drew has been on teams advising privately held business owners on entity structuring, transactions, and valuation issues.

Drew also maintains an active pro bono practice. He represents clients through the Western District of Pennsylvania's Pro Bono Mediation Program in pursuing civil rights claims against the federal and state governments. In addition, he assists victims of online child sexual exploitation in seeking criminal restitution.
