Ben Baek focuses his intellectual property practice on patent and trade secret litigation before federal district courts. Ben has represented clients in a broad range of technologies, including pharmaceutical drugs, mechanical devices, and mathematical models. Ben's litigation experience includes pre-lawsuit investigations, discovery, motion practice, and pretrial proceedings. In addition to intellectual property matters he represents clients pursuing insurance recovery claims.
Ben maintains an active pro bono practice, which includes representing a foreign client under the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction.
