Danielle Buran practices general corporate law, with a focus on capital markets, corporate governance, and federal securities law. She has represented public and private companies in a wide range of corporate transactions, including public and private offerings of debt and equity securities. She also regularly advises public companies on corporate governance, securities laws, stock exchange rules and regulations, and periodic reporting responsibilities.
Danielle has represented clients in a variety of industries, including technology, life sciences, and consumer products.
