Liam Brodrick advises on complex competition and consumer law matters. He has represented and advised clients in multijurisdictional merger filings, Australian Senate committee inquiries, and regulatory investigations.

Liam has experience handling merger filings and preparing responses to compulsory statutory notices to produce materials before the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), the Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore (CCCS) (with locally registered Jones Day lawyers), and other Australian state-based regulators.

Liam has experience in a range of industry sectors, including aviation, resources, health care and pathology, manufacturing, and retail.
