Rebecca Beale represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters, including workplace and disability discrimination claims, internal investigations, and traditional labor and representation disputes under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA). Furthermore, Rebecca has particular experience representing airlines and railroads in matters involving the Railway Labor Act (RLA), and she has handled several disputes involving the RLA's jurisdictional scope.
Rebecca maintains an active pro bono practice and has represented clients facing eviction through the DC Bar's Housing Right to Counsel Project.
