Scott Bailey has extensive experience representing public and private companies, private equity firms, and other strategic clients in corporate transactions, particularly in the energy sector. He has worked on a broad range of high-profile transactions during his career, including a number of acquisitions and divestitures in the energy space in excess of $1 billion and other corporate transactions on behalf of some of the largest institutional investors.

Scott regularly advises clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, commercial transactions, and other investments. He also advises clients on corporate governance matters, securitizations of oil and gas assets, capital market transactions, real estate matters, and restructurings.

Scott also played collegiate golf at Texas Tech University and was a member of its NCAA Division-I men's golf team.
