Patrick Callahan represents clients in commercial litigation in state and federal courts. He has experience in numerous litigation matters and in several aspects of litigation, including discovery, motions practice, and research of novel and complex legal issues.
He also has represented clients in bankruptcy litigation and advised corporate clients in business restructuring and reorganization matters, including chapter 11 proceedings.
Patrick maintains an active pro bono practice, regularly representing litigants in housing and civil disputes referred from The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland.
Prior to attending law school, Patrick worked in Massachusetts as a supply chain supervisor and manager at Partners Healthcare (n.k.a. Mass General Brigham) and Beth Israel Lahey Health.
