Amanda Dollinger's practice focuses on commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on representing financial institutions and other companies in connection with structured product disputes. In addition, Amanda has developed a significant practice advising clients on litigation and regulatory risks related to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) matters, with a growing focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) investigations and counseling. She regularly represents financial institutions and other companies in ESG-related investigations, helping clients navigate both legal and reputational risks.
Amanda also has experience representing financial institutions in connection with residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS), collateralized debt obligations (CDOs), and other structured financial products. As part of her practice, Amanda routinely counsels corporate trust departments and advises and defends claims against trustees, master servicers, and servicers relating to numerous issues impacting securitizations, including representations and warranties and events of default.
In addition, Amanda has experience defending against breach of contract and fiduciary duty claims in state and federal courts and experience with government and regulatory investigations. She also has successfully represented clients in pretrial alternative dispute resolution and is adept at guiding clients through traditional and ESG-specific regulatory challenges.
