Catherine Donzé practices corporate law with a focus on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. Catherine also has a background in acquisition financings and refinancings across a broad range of asset classes and industry sectors. Her recent M&A experience includes advising International Automotive Components Group on a series of strategic divestitures, including the sale of its European and South African operations to Inteva and the sale of IAC Slovakia to Artifex Interior Systems and Tata Autocomp Systems.
