Marin Denizet's practice focuses on French, European, and international environmental law. He assists French and international clients on litigation (before administrative, civil, and criminal courts) and on advisory matters relating to industrial risks, polluted sites and soils, climate change, renewable energy, sustainable development, and corporate social responsibility (CSR).
Marin is particularly involved in issues relating to the Installation Classified for the Protection of the Environment (ICPE), environmental audits and chemical substances, especially under REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals), and other European regulations.
Marin is also involved in the life science and pharmaceutical industries, assisting major manufacturers, distributors, and users of medical devices, products, and services in transactional, regulatory, enforcement, and litigation matters.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Marin worked as an associate at a U.S. law firm in Paris.
