Trevor Deason represents clients in complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts, including putative class actions, mass arbitrations, mass torts, and multidistrict litigations. His three years of clerking for a federal district judge and one year of clerking for a justice on the Supreme Court of Texas provides clients with insight in every phase of a dispute, from initial pre-claim evaluation to verdicts and appeals. Trevor draws on this experience to evaluate claims and legal issues, manage teams to develop facts and evidence, work closely with expert witnesses, draft motions and briefs in trial and appellate courts, and prepare for trial.
