Andrew Felton is an experienced corporate M&A lawyer who has practiced in Australia and in the United States. Andrew advises public and private corporations, private equity firms, and other clients on complex and cross-border mergers, private equity, and carve-out transactions. Andrew also advises clients on recapitalizations, strategic investments, co-investments, and take-private and joint venture transactions. He has substantial experience advising on corporate governance, restructurings, and other corporate matters.
