With a background in complex deal litigation and corporate governance, Callan Foran represents public and private companies in pursuing transformative transactions at all stages of their corporate life cycle.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2024, Callan served as a law clerk for Vice Chancellor Paul A. Fioravanti Jr. on the Delaware Court of Chancery and as a judicial extern for Judge Kathleen O'Malley (Ret.) on the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. While in law school, Callan worked in the mergers and acquisitions department of a multinational, publicly traded energy company.
