Summer has experience representing financial institutions in connection with residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS). Summer also has experience advising clients regarding litigation and regulatory risks relating to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) matters, and she represents financial institutions in ESG-related investigations and commercial disputes. In addition, Summer has experiencing representing clients in government investigations.
Summer maintains an active pro bono practice. She has experience with clients seeking asylum, Special Immigrant Juvenile status, and other immigration-related relief in federal court.
