Geoff Gottbrecht represents commercial clients in complex civil litigation. He has defended clients in state and federal courts and has experience drafting pleadings and motions, developing offensive and defensive discovery, preparing witnesses, and coordinating expert testimony. Geoff has counseled clients in class action lawsuits, multidistrict litigation, and actions by state attorneys general.
Geoff has represented clients across diverse industries, including health care, energy, pharmaceuticals, credit reporting, and consumer goods. In addition to his litigation practice, Geoff assists clients facing government compliance and enforcement challenges.
