Jayce Gustafson represents and advises employers in a variety of complex labor and employment matters, including retaliation and harassment matters, state and federal discrimination, class and collective actions, and representative actions under the California Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA).
Jayce has experience with many phases of pretrial litigation, including fact investigation, pleadings, fact and expert discovery, depositions, motion practice, and mediation.
Before joining Jones Day in 2022, Jayce served as a law clerk to Judge Eduardo C. Robreno of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
