Kyle Gantz represents clients in complex civil litigation in state and federal courts, including claims involving trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition, the False Claims Act, and the Anti-Kickback Statute. He has experience in various stages of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and dispositive motion practice, and advises clients on state and federal government compliance and investigations.
Kyle maintains an active pro bono practice, including work with civil, criminal, and immigration appeals.
