Mackenzie Guardazzi counsels clients in a wide variety of complex labor and employment issues including discrimination and retaliation claims, internal investigations of employee complaints, and compliance with COVID-19 guidance. Mackenzie has experience representing clients in single and multiple plaintiff litigation, arbitration, and before administrative agencies.
Mackenzie has represented clients in many different industries including health care, finance, transportation, and consumer goods. In addition, Mackenzie maintains an active pro bono practice, representing asylum seekers at the Laredo, Texas detention facility counseling them through the United States immigration process.
