Nathan Garg practices antitrust law that includes merger review, government investigations, litigation, and counseling. He has represented clients in a broad range of industries such as pharmaceuticals, health care, technology, manufacturing, medical devices, consumer goods, defense, and aviation.

Nathan also gained experience practicing antitrust law as an in-house lawyer while on a secondment with the law department of The Boeing Company, where he worked on a variety of global transactional, counseling, and compliance matters.
