Hunter Howe represents and counsels clients in a variety of complex litigation matters, including government enforcement proceedings, and high-stakes multidistrict litigation. Hunter has diverse litigation experience in state and federal courts, including e-discovery and document management, offensive and defensive discovery, preparation of witnesses, and pretrial preparation.
Hunter's recent work includes representing a national pharmacy in nationwide litigation relating to opioid dispensing and distribution practices.
Hunter maintains an active pro bono practice, including the representation of victims of child pornography in criminal restitution proceedings and immigrants seeking asylum.
