Mihai Ioachimescu-Voinea focuses on trade law and regulatory affairs, advising multinational corporations and governmental entities on a broad spectrum of issues. Mihai has extensive experience in trade defense investigations, European Union (EU) sanctions, and World Trade Organization (WTO) affairs. His professional background encompasses diverse sectors, including customs laws, chemicals, ESG (environmental, social, and governance) matters, and product regulation.
Before joining Jones Day in 2024, Mihai practiced at an international law firm based in Brussels, where he advised clients in the trade and life sciences sectors.
