Anne Jiang represents clients across multiple industries in complex federal and state court litigation. She has experience developing case strategy, assisting with discovery review, and briefing dispositive motions. She has been part of teams defending a financial institution against a consumer class action, a health care provider from antitrust claims, and a corporate client against trade secret claims. Anne also represents clients in arbitration proceedings.
Anne maintains an active pro bono practice assisting victims of child sexual exploitation in seeking criminal restitution. She is also representing a client seeking habeas relief before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
