Jared R.Kelley

Jared Kelley represents clients against allegations of Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) violations, bribery, fraud, and negligence. He has defended businesses (including some of the world's largest companies) and their directors and officers in criminal and civil proceedings for more than 10 years. He also assists businesses with sensitive internal investigations initiated by audit committees and management.

Jared has extensive experience in e-discovery, including data processing, document review, and document productions. Having worked on a variety of matters where the volume of electronically stored information (ESI) has varied from a few thousand documents to tens of millions of documents, Jared understands the complexity and cost of e-discovery. His experience allows him to tailor the discovery process — utilizing both time-tested and emerging technologies — to maximize efficiency in fact development and in responding to discovery requests.
