Kaity Kline's practice focuses on complex civil litigation and product liability defense in state and federal courts. She has experience in many aspects of discovery and trial preparation, including taking depositions, drafting and arguing motions, conducting legal research, preparing expert and fact witness cross-examinations, and preparing expert witnesses. Kaity is currently involved in Jones Day's defense of the Engle progeny smoking and health lawsuits brought against R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company. She has been a member of multiple trial teams in federal and state cases tried to verdict.
