Lauren Kim focuses her intellectual property practice on patent litigation before district courts. She represents leading pharmaceutical clients in enforcing their intellectual property rights through Hatch-Waxman and other patent infringement actions. Lauren's litigation experience includes pre-lawsuit investigations, discovery, motion practice, pretrial proceedings, and trial.
Prior to law school, Lauren worked as a primary cell biologist and as a piano teacher. Lauren is committed to giving back to the community as vice chair of the Asian American Bar Association of New York's intellectual property committee and as a member of the Korean American Lawyers Association of Greater New York's gala committee.
