Collin Li's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, representing financial institutions and other companies connected to financial instruments.
Collin has experience preparing briefs and motions in state and federal courts, preparing witnesses for depositions, and developing the record for a successful litigation. He also helps clients avoid agency enforcement actions by advising clients on the risks associated with potential transactions and assists clients at all stages of Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) investigations. Moreover, Collin regularly defends clients against claims arising under the Federal Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
Collin maintains an active pro bono practice and regularly participates in pro bono clinics in Chinatown, New York.
