Florent Le Prado's areas of practice include venture capital, private equity, M&A, and capital markets. He primarily represents high-growth listed and unlisted companies, their managers, and the private equity and industrial investors that finance them at every stage of their development from entrepreneurial start-ups to global corporations.

Florent's recent experience includes representing Adikteev, Alizé Pharma, Cellectis, EasyVista, ETS Global, Eurobio Scientific, Inside Secure, Ivalua, Lacroix Group, Ouicar, Pharnext, SuperSonic Imagine, TxCell, Urban Canopée, and Welcome to the Jungle. Investor-side, he also has represented, among others, Alven Capital Partners, Bpifrance, ChapsVision, Creadev (Mulliez family), Elaia Partners, Idinvest Partners, New Alpha Asset Management, Open CNP, Portage Ventures, Ring Capital, Seventure Partners, and Temasek.
